  • Return Policy

    Eligibility for Returns:

    • Unused and Unopened: Items must be in their original, unopened condition.
    • No Damage: There should be no signs of wear, tear, or damage to the product.
    • Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

    Return Process:

    • Contact Us: Please contact our customer support team at sangamstores12@gmail.com to initiate a return.
    • Authorization: You'll receive a refrence return  (RA#) along with instructions on how to return the item.
    • Shipping: Return the item to the address provided in the refrence return Email. You may be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged.
    • Refund: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

    Exceptions:

    • Sale Items: Sale items are typically final sale and cannot be returned.
    • Custom Orders: Custom orders are not eligible for returns.

    Damaged or Defective Items:

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We'll provide instructions on how to return the item and will process a replacement or refund.
