Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- Unused and Unopened: Items must be in their original, unopened condition.
- No Damage: There should be no signs of wear, tear, or damage to the product.
- Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
Return Process:

- Authorization: You'll receive a return authorization number (RA#) along with instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping: Return the item to the address provided in the return authorization. You may be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Refund: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 8 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exceptions:
- Sale Items: Sale items are typically final sale and cannot be returned.
- Custom Orders: Custom orders are not eligible for returns.
