- Express Shipping: 3-5 business days. (Oly Specific Regions)

Delivery Policy
I. Delivery Locations
We deliver to most locations nationwide. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery delays.

Important Notes
I. Non-Returnable Items
Consumable products such as incense sticks and pooja samagri cannot be returned or exchanged.
II. Customer-Initiated Returns:
If you wish to return a product that is free from damage or defects, you will need to ship the product back to our warehouse. Once received, the refund/exchange will be processed within 3-5 working days.
III. Refunds for Cash on Delivery Orders
For COD orders, we will require your bank account details to process the refund.
IV. Refunds for Prepaid Orders
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
